How Eco Dry of America, Haiges Machinery, and Firbimatic S.p.A. Owe Us Millions — and Tried to Bury Us with Fake Lawsuits and Identity Theft

For decades, Corbett Equipment built the FIRBIMATIC name in the U.S. We invested in sales, service, warranties, marketing, and customer trust. In return, Eco Dry of America, Haiges Machinery, and affiliates ran a campaign of stolen accounts, warranty sabotage, fabricated debts, and outright identity theft that cost us millions in lost commissions and stolen sales.

When we began exposing their misconduct, they didn’t stop. Instead, they ambushed us with fake lawsuits, false debt claims, and digital impersonation—all designed to silence us and seize control of the FIRBIMATIC identity we built.

Stolen Sales and Lost Commissions

Customer Poaching: Exhibit 6 shows they intercepted accounts like Coit Drapery, The Peninsula, Golden Nugget, and even the Virgin Islands . These were our sales, stolen using insider knowledge.
Territorial Sabotage: They bypassed us, cutting deals directly with customers and erasing decades of trust.

Warranty Sabotage and Unsafe Parts

Defective Parts: They shipped dangerous equipment, including a fan motor missing a chemical safety seal that could have exploded (Exhibit 7) .
Warranty Interference: They blocked access to parts lists, ignored obligations, and left customers blaming us for their sabotage.

Fake Contracts, Debt, and Identity Theft

Fraudulent Paperwork: They fabricated contracts with headers like “FIRBIMATIC – A Division of Eco Dry of America” (Exhibit 17A) .
Fake Debts: After we exposed them, they inflated a $27,000 dispute into $78,000+ without proof of delivery or valid signatures (Plaintiffs’ Complaint) .
Identity Theft: They hijacked our domains, misused our emails, and created fake employee profiles tied to CorbettEquipment.com (Exhibit 8, Exhibit 17) .
