Coverage
Warranty coverage, if available, is limited to the specific product purchased and the terms stated in the listing, invoice, written support communication, manufacturer policy, or remanufacturing policy.
Parts may be sold as new, compatible, rebuilt, remanufactured, used, inspected, or special order. The applicable warranty depends on that condition and the documentation supplied with the order.
Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not apply to improper installation, incorrect diagnosis, incorrect voltage or pressure, misuse, contamination, chemical damage, overheating, water damage, electrical surge, physical damage, lack of maintenance, unsafe operation, or use outside intended service conditions.
Labor, downtime, lost production, consequential damages, installation charges, diagnosis charges, travel, removal, reinstallation, and related business losses are not covered unless Corbett Equipment agrees in writing.
Warranty review
A warranty review may require photos, machine model details, installation information, serial plate information, operating conditions, return of the part, and the original order information.
Do not discard packaging, labels, failed components, or installation evidence until the review is complete. Missing evidence can limit the ability to evaluate a claim.
