Handling time depends on stock status, part verification, packaging requirements, and whether the item is new, rebuilt, remanufactured, special order, or sourced for the customer.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking information is provided when available. Some carriers may delay scans, miss intermediate scans, or show limited movement until the package reaches a later sort point or delivery location.
Customers should inspect packages promptly and report visible damage, missing items, or delivery problems as soon as possible so a carrier claim or support review can be started.
Returns
Return eligibility depends on the product type, condition, installation status, special-order status, and reason for return. Customers should contact Corbett Equipment before sending any item back.
Electrical components, installed parts, contaminated parts, damaged parts, special-order items, cut-to-fit materials, and certain rebuilt or remanufactured items may be limited or non-returnable unless Corbett Equipment approves the return in writing.
Return condition
Returned items must be complete, clean, unused unless otherwise approved, safely packaged, and returned with any required authorization information. Refunds may be reduced for missing parts, damage, use, contamination, or restocking costs.
Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, expedited shipping, and carrier fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error confirmed by Corbett Equipment.
