Smart-10™ Microprocessor
Firbimatic™ has placed all this technology and performance at the
touch of your finger tips with the Smart-10™, microprocessor.
Features of the Smart-10™ include simple touch and forget controls
for fully automatic operation of cleaning, drying and distillation
cycles.
Pro-Logic™ maintenance program manager will monitor all machine
functions and alert the operator to any required maintenance such
as cleaning of lint screens, button trap, or ecological spin
filter. All cleaning cycles and maintenance features can be custom
programmed to your requirements and stored on a Pro-Logic™ memory
key for instant back up should you ever need to change or replace
your custom programming.
Hydro-Vac™
Distillation system
Firbimatic™ offers another
breakthrough by combining the best of vacuum and fractional
distillation technology.
Hydro-Vac™ dual stage fractional distillation produces superior
overall solvent quality while collecting both low and high-end
boilers into a primary water separator. Hydro-Free™ sensor probes
throughout the system allow for automatic drainage of any free
water during the distillation process. Partially hydrated solvent
is then introduced into the prewash of the next cycle to greatly
improve water-soluble stain removal resulting in overall superior
cleaning performance. The entire Hydro-Vac™ distillation process
including the automatic still sludge pumping system is controlled
by the simple touch of a button on the operator friendly Smart-10
microprocessor.
Vortex™ Vapor Induction Drying System
The EcoGreen™ SM Series is taking advantage of the new
Vortex™ vapor induction drying which reduces drying times for
hydrocarbon solvents in both rigid and soft mount models.
This is accomplished by a unique drying chamber design using
special placement of drying fan, condensing and hat pump coils
with automatic wash down of the lint screen prior to the drying
cycle. The Vortex™ technology greatly increases the induction flow
of both air and solvent vapor into the recovery chamber resulting
in shorter overall cycle times from stat to finish. Increased
production in less time means more garments cleaned daily and more
money in your pocket.
The unique drying chamber allows easy access for maintenance of
both condensing and heat pump coils for maintenance. Each coil has
quick disconnects with auto lockouts which prevents Freon gas from
escaping the system.
